ABOUT US

The Magnolias is a community located in the northern part of unincorporated Shelby County, Alabama. Its establishment dates back to 1989, with the signing of the HOA Articles of Incorporation on September 13, 1989, and the subsequent signing of the Declaration of Protective Covenants on October 26, 1989.

This residential area falls under the jurisdiction of The Magnolias Homeowners Association, Inc., which is governed by its corresponding Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Protective Covenants. The Magnolias neighborhood comprises 76 single-family homes. The homes in this area are predominantly one-and-a-half to two-story structures, with medium-sized floor plans offering 3 to 4 bedrooms. The lot sizes typically exceed half an acre. The neighborhood features public streets and is accessed through a single entrance. The common property maintained by the HOA includes a front entrance characterized by a brick wall and marquee that serves as our neighborhood’s identity and well-tended and beautiful flower beds.
